Hotwired Heart
This is a 3.5 rounded up to 4. I found the start of the book confusing as to who was initiating the action. The writing in the latter books of the series is definitely better (or maybe the editing was, lol)!It's a good intro to the cast of characters found in Rainbow Alley though.
