On re-reading this, I took it down a star.Anti-heroes need a "Save the Cat" moment and this one didn't have it. I prefer the anti-hero of books like "Stray" where the guy underestimates who he is, rather than the one who thinks he's the bees knees.Characters need a decent goal, motivation and conflict and no matter how bitch the ex-wife is. Having sex with guys in protest doesn't cut it as a worthy motivation or goal.
