It seems that when I bought this (late 2011) Amazon had produced their own Direct Kindle edition and were distributing it. Since then the publishers, Daedalus, have obviously objected (or the author has) and the kindle version is no longer available.This is a pity as there is some great information here for writers that can be accessed by a fabulous index.The following aren't chapters, but subject headings of notes I made while reading.
